The bout rules do state that no clinching or knees are allowed, so both fighters will have greater opportunities to utilize their boxing skills.
Known for his devastating leg kicks and ability to man-handle opponents in the clinch, Kevin is looking to showcase his versatility. “I want a huge knock-out in the second round,” said Kevin after a training session at American Gym in Costa Mesa, “Hands or shins, it doesn’t matter. I’ve got knock-out power in all my limbs.”
Kevin’s opponent, Steve Clacken, fights out of Vallejo, California under the tutelage of Trey Howard. The bout is currently listed as sixth on the card with both fighters weighing in between 147 and 153.
