You may either stop by during “Office Hours”, i.e. when we are already at the gym, or call and make arrangements to meet us at a particular time.
Given that our schedule is tailored to accommodate training other fighters (as well as ourselves!), our time and availability on any given day may be limited. Thus, we recommend you schedule a visit by calling to make arrangements in advance so that we may ensure you receive ample attention!
Schedule a Trial Session!
To give new clients a chance to see what our boxing training is like, we offer a private – exclusive – training session at a discounted rate.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or just relocating from another area, the trial session will allow you to both check out the facility, spend some quality time with a trainer to ask all the questions you want, while getting a great workout. If you are a beginner, prepare to get a crash course on the fundamentals of boxing. If you are more advanced, our goal will be to give you a tune-up and a few new ideas. Schedule Private Training Sessions
For athletes that want more focused training, or for beginners that want to get up to speed quickly, we offer a private and semi-private training sessions.
Private training sessions are offered by appointment and are available for both individuals and small groups. Regular Training Sessions allow other boxers to receive training simultaneously, whereas Exclusive Training Sessions are ‘closed sessions’ such that we will not train other fighters during those periods. Likewise, as a courtesy to fighters preparing for competition, some training sessions (scheduled sparring sessions, for example) may be deemed ‘closed’ to better prepare those fighters for their upcoming bouts. Drop-in appointments, package deals and monthly plans are all available.
Join Our Boxing Training Class Program
For boxers who know the basics and can put themselves through their own paces, but still want some individualized training, we offer a Boxing Training Program served Class-style.
Because of the difficulties of teaching boxing (an individual sport) in a group setting – this program is designed to let boxers get their individual workouts in under the supervision of a trainer. We keep each boxer sharp and focused, and divide the time allotted amongst the group. Groups are intentionally left small to ensure each athlete receives some individual attention. Note that we expect our class members to dedicate some of their own time to strength and conditioning so that the class time can be used to focus on technique. What’s my deal?
I am a competitive and fitness-minded professional dedicated to the development of fight sports, both in and out of the ring. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and a USA Boxing Certified Coach, who wrestled in college, did stints of various martial arts including jiu-jitsu, but found my home in a boxing ring.
What is WillTrek?
WillTrek is another fitness program founded by Chuck. It’s a one-of-a-kind fitness and training program for outdoor enthusiasts, adventure seekers and bucket-list-makers of all ages. Workouts take place both inside and outside of the gym and – when possible – culminates with an extended, but fitness level appropriate, outdoor adventure. Let us know if you’d like more information!
